The Peak Performance program will work with athletes from grade school thru college to increase: Quicker, stronger, faster, more explosive - that's what it takes to be a better athlete and that's what we do with the Peak Performance training program. This program will help junior athletes from 7th grade thru college reach their true potential. With a combination of strength training, plyometrics, balance, and agility training, we will make the average athlete good, and the good athlete great! Our Staff consists of Exercise Physiologists, Strength and Conditioning Specialists, Biomechanical Experts, and Certifies Personal Trainers with formal degrees. We ensure a safe working environment by teaching proper form and providing adult supervision at all times. Jeff Miller B.S., C.P.T. - Director
Jeff holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology with over 16 years experience in sport specific program design. He is a certified Medical Exercise Specialist and Golf Teaching Professional who incorporates his vast knowledge of biomechanics and kinesiology to create programs which are both safe and effective. Jeff has hosted two fitness television shows and written weekly health and fitness articles for the newspaper. As a national qualifying bodybuilding and power lifting champion he knows what it take to be successful and shares this knowledge and desire with others to help them achieve their goals.

Darian Eskam M.S.,
Darian has an M.S. in Kinesiology and Health in addition to being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He served as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Kansas City Royal's minor league baseball team. Darian has developed and administered strength and conditioning programs for Division 1 and 2 Hockey, woman's soccer, softball, track, and volleyball. He was also a Wide Receivers and Defensive Backs coach at the High School level. With his extensive background of execution and experience, Darian is able to help all athletes reach their peak.
