INDOOR TENNIS COURTS
The Wyoming Athletic Club has the only indoor (four) tennis courts in Casper. So you can play tennis without the wind, snow, rain, and cold.
TENNIS INSTRUCTION
Our tennis staff is dedicated to enriching the tennis experience of all our members and is committed to the highest level of excellence possible. Our professional staff offers private lessons, group lessons and a variety of clinics for both juniors and adults. Our kids' summer camp is always a favorite.
Dale Nurnbirg, Director of Tennis, is a 21 year member of the USPTA. He began his tennis career as a site supervisor for the newly created National Junior Tennis League of Cleveland. During eight years of employment his court site grew from 250 youngsters to 950 youngsters. His efforts were twice recognized by Cleveland City Council with community service awards.
While coaching for three years at St. Joseph's Academy his varsity posted records of 8-10, 12-8 and `14-4, with his first single's player earning a position on the women's team at Xavier University.
As a certified pro Dale was a co-founder of USTA Adult League Tennis at River Oaks Racquet Club in Rocky River, Ohio. During that time league tennis grew from 14 teams to 38 teams. Additionally, he was responsible for creating the largest Pee Wee program, now known as Quickstart, in northeastern Ohio.
Most recently, he was Head Tennis Professional at Capital Racquet and Fitness in Bismarck, North Dakota. During his six years stint he was recognized for starting USTA Adult League Tennis and serving as Area League Coordinator by the USTA Northern Section.

The Wyoming Athletic Club offers a complete selection of the latest Wilson tennis racquets, shoes, balls, and accessories. We can special order any Wilson product at a discounted price. Racquet stringing is available with a wide selection of strings and grips, to customize your racquet.
Demo Racquets
The Pro Shop carries the newest styles in tennis frames to demo, with the rental fee applying towards the purchase of a new tennis frame.
Gift Certificates
The perfect gift for that hard-to-buy-for person is a Gift Certificate from The Wyoming Athletic Club Pro Shop. These Gift Certificates may be used for merchandise as well as tennis lessons.
BALL MACHINE
We have a Play Mate ball machine, which may be rented for $20.00 per hour including balls and court rental fee.
- Punch Card - Pay for five rentals and receive the sixth for free
- Ball Machine Club - For the frequent user; $250 fee provides you with unlimited use for a year.
